7. PUNCHING BAG
I consider using the punching bag the most fun part of my workout. This is where you can really visualize your opponent in what you want to do to him or her. There are many important things to remember when using a punching bag. To the beginner, combining all aspects will be a great challenge. I suggest taking one aspect at a time and mastering it. First, when throwing a punch, keep muscles loose and snap your punches out. Don’t-tightened your muscles.
