13. JUMPING JACKS

Jumping jacks are great for your cardiovascular system.

14. JOGGING Jogging should be done at your individual pace. Always use proper stretching before your roadwork. Boxers do not jog the way regular people do. When we mean roadwork, it is just that - work. When jogging, throw punches, run backwards, shuffle side to side, and if you feel you need to strengthen, carry weights (ankle and wrist weights are ideal).
